Breathing Coordination

Carl Stough was a choral conductor who developed “Breathing Coordination” for his singers. He went on to help emphysema patients, opera singers, and Olympic athletes. You can read his story in Dr Breath.

Jessica Wolf teaches Breathing Coordination and has trained teachers world-wide. Here is an excellent video she has produced. It is however, merely a 1-minute sample. The full 9-minute video – with profoundly informative narration – in several languages – can be purchased for a very reasonable fee. It is the best I’ve seen and well worth it – if one is interested in respiration – and most of us should be!

Below are some YouTube videos that shed light on Breathing Coordination.
